Program Benefits
This program is designed to:
- Support retail businesses through knowledge and practical skills development
- Balance teaching theory with hands-on, interactive learning activities with practical outcomes
- Equip you with the necessary resources, tools and templates to implement learnings in your business.
Program Commitments
To participate in this program, you agree to meet the following commitments.
- Finish one online program module (2-3 hours) so Mon + Co Agency can get to know you and your business.
- Attend one in-person, day-long masterclass in one of 2 locations. This will allow you to meet with industry experts to workshop how visual merchandising can assist with business growth.
- Update the online program module with updated images and testimonial to document your learnings.
- Attend one online follow-up support discussion (45 minutes) to talk through implementation wins and challenges.
Eligibility criteria
To be eligible to apply for this program, your business must:
- Be located in the Brisbane Local Government Area (LGA).
- Have a current and active ABN/ACN.
- Be located in a retail precinct.
