Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) is investing $4 million in 2026/27 through the Supporting Women in Construction Grants Program.
Queensland's construction industry has a real opportunity to strengthen workforce participation and diversity, and this program is designed to help make that happen. It funds industry led initiatives that attract more women into construction careers, support women already working in the industry, and create pathways for long term career success.
Eligible organisations can apply for between $50,000 and $500,000 per year to deliver projects with a measurable impact in one or more of these areas:
- Promoting construction careers
- Supporting career progression
- Driving gender equity and inclusion
- Building networks and connections
Projects will initially be funded for up to 12 months, with the potential for funding to continue for a further two years.
CSQ is now accepting applications for the first round of funding. You can find further information, including the application form, on the
CSQ website.
Applications close Friday, 25 September 2026.
