John  Phillips  is  the  Founder  of  AccessAU,  a  leadership  and  people  development  business.  He  brings  over  25  years  of  experience  working  across  complex  commercial  environments  in  Australia  and  international  markets.  With  a  background  in  engineering  and  marketing,  John  has  spent  his  career  leading  teams  in  high-pressure,  high-accountability  environments.  Through  this  experience,  he  recognised  that  sustainable  results  are  driven  not  only  by  strategy—but  by  the  quality  of  leadership,  communication,  and  decision-making.
Today,  John  works  with  leaders  to  build  clarity,  alignment,  and  confidence—helping  them  lead  more  effectively,  communicate  with  impact,  and  take  decisive  action  where  it  matters  most.
