We  with  people  of  all  ages  and  backgrounds,  with  a  particular  specialisation  in  midlife.  That  stage  of  life  when  the  body  starts  to  change,  health  becomes  harder  to  ignore,  and  the  right  kind  of  training  makes  an  enormous  difference.  While  menopause  is  a  specific  focus,    we  work  also  with  men  navigating  similar  hormonal  and  age  related  challenges  and  are  equally  passionate  about  both.

Strength  training  is  the  foundation  of  everything  we  do,  the  highest-ROI  form  of  exercise,  with  benefits  that  grow  the  older  you  get.  Every  program  is  built  around  the  individual,  combining  1:1  strength  training  sessions  with  personalised  health  coaching  and  support  outside  the  gym.

In  person  sessions  are  conducted  10  mins  North  of  Brisbane  City  in  Gordon  Park  and    coaching  services  available  online,  so  we  can  work  together  wherever  you  are.
