Brisbane-based fractional technology leadership, solutions delivery and practical AI education.

About

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐮𝐬

InnovateX Solutions is an Australian-owned technology and AI consulting business based in Brisbane. We help business owners make informed technology decisions and put the right solutions into practice.

Founded by Todd Johnson, we bring experience across small business, enterprise and government to the challenges local businesses face. That might mean taking technology decisions off the owner's desk, replacing a process that wastes hours each week, or helping a team use AI confidently and responsibly.

Growing businesses often need senior technology advice before they need a full-time executive. Our fractional model gives you an experienced technology leader working with your business on a part-time, ongoing basis.

Through our fractional Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief AI Officer (CAIO) services, we help you set priorities and make decisions about technology investment. We work with your leadership team on technology planning, supplier oversight and cyber security risk. For AI, we help identify worthwhile uses and establish sensible rules for how your business adopts it.

We also design and deliver the projects your business needs. You can engage us for a specific project or bring delivery into an ongoing advisory relationship.

Our work includes

• Custom software and business system integrations
• AI assistants and workflow automation
• Cloud migrations and Microsoft 365 solutions
• Cyber security assessments and improvements
• Solution architecture and technology planning
• Data and business reporting

We focus on how the solution will work in your business, including the training and handover your team needs to use it.

InnovateX Academy is our practical learning platform for business owners and their teams. Through online courses and hands-on masterclasses, we help people understand AI and apply it to everyday work.

The learning connects to real business tasks, with attention to protecting business information and checking the quality of AI outputs. It gives owners and staff a way to build their own capability as the technology develops.

We're a local business ourselves. You'll work directly with experienced practitioners who explain the options in plain English and give you an honest view of the costs and trade-offs.

If you need help with a technology decision, a project or building your team's AI skills, we'd welcome a conversation.
